Any cancellation, rescheduling or failure to show for your appointment within 24 hours will result in a 50% service fee.

Ward & Cross offer complimentary colour consultation and fringe trims. All new clients are required to do a colour sensitivity test at least 24 hours before their colour appointment.

Colour correction services are done by quotation. Wedding hair is by quotation, if it is to be done out of the salon a £60 call out fee will be charged as well as the services required.

Colour services do not include a blowdry.
